Payment selections

Full payment
Paying the entire amount at once.
When the product is ready for shipment, pay the shipping fees via PayPal invoice.


Pre-order payment
Payment in two installments, first paying the deposit (now), then paying the remaining balance and shipping fees via PayPal invoice when the product is ready for shipment.


Installment payment
Payment in 4 installments, each month 15th will send Paypal invoice to buyer's email.
When the product is ready for shipment, pay the shipping fees via PayPal invoice.

In stock products refund

Full refund:

1.Customers can cancel orders within 3 days and receive a full refund.

2.Customers can request a refund within 30 days after receiving the product.

(Important) Once the product is shipped back to our warehouse, we will issue a refund based on the condition of the product. The cost of return shipping will be borne by buyer.

(Note) We will not accept refund requests for statues damaged by human error. Instead, we offer repair services for repairable parts at an additional charge.


pre-order products refund

Conditional refund:

1.Customers can apply a refund deposit in 3 days after you make an order. The deposit value is non-refundable after 3 days.


2. Pre-order items require a deposit from Customers to secure their purchase and ensure commitment from both parties, the Customers and the studio. Deposits made for pre-order items are non-refundable. Therefore, we advise customers to carefully consider before their purchase.

Product broken

Every statue we guarantee it was in perfect condition, and we have an agreement with the delivery company.

They will take care of our package and never open it during security checks.

However, we can't guarantee that you will receive it without any damage because resin statues are fragile. We can't avoid this. The only thing we can do is minimize the probability of this happening.

But if it arrives broken, we will help you contact the studio for a replacement first. If the studio can't offer a replacement, we will provide a partial refund (according to the condition of the damage).

Additionally, we will find a statue repairer to try to fix it. However, if you can't accept any flaws or damages, please order with care, and forgive us for not being able to provide service for it.

Product flaw
All statues are handcrafted, and we only select statues from trusted factories or studios with quality control measures in place.

However, if your order has any flaws, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in replacing it.

If the factory is unable to provide a replacement, we will do parts refund(according to condition).

After sale service
We highly recommend u open box in time once you receive the package ,and tell us immediately if you get any problems in your statue.

If your statue get problems in personal problems , we can try to help u to solve it , but if there is some fees, buyers have to charge it.

Process after purchase（ Important）

Item is shipped from studio to logistics Center：

In logistics center:

1. Undergoes secondary packaging inspection (to make it more durable, such as wrapping with tape or adding foam padding, etc.).
2. Preparing for Shipping via Sea Freight or Air Freight.

During Transit：

1. Before Entering Customs in Your Country or Region.( (if you wish to inquire about the tracking number before this, please contact us)
2. After Passing through Customs, (you can check this with the tracking number）
3. delivered to your home.


Calculation Formulas for Sea and Air Freight (Important, more transparent shipping cost)

After selecting your figure, we generally estimate the shipping weight to roughly calculate its shipping cost. Below are the formulas and example.

Sea Freight: Length (L) × Width (W) × Height (H) / 6000 (sea freight is calculated from 12KG onwards, regardless of package size).


Air Freight: Length (L) × Width (W) × Height (H) / 5000.


How to estimate the packaging size?

Add 2cm to the dimensions of figure. This way, we can roughly estimate the size of the packaging, but it's only an approximation and not the actual packaging size. It's just to give buyer an estimated shipping cost before payment.


For example:
Product dimensions: Length 78cm, Width 68cm, Height 60cm

Approximate packaging size: Length 80cm, Width 70cm, Height 62cm

Sea freight volumetric weight: 80cm × 70cm × 62cm / 6000 = 57.8KG = 58KG
Air freight volumetric weight: 80cm × 70cm × 62cm / 5000 = 69.44KG = 70KG

Now you should be able to calculate the weight of your figurine!


Notes (Important)

International parcel shipping is usually calculated based on volumetric weight, unless the parcel is small enough to be calculated based on net weight, so the most economical shipping method is always sea freight, but the downside is that it's slower than air freight.

Additionally, it's important to note that shipping costs may change due to seasonal variations or external factors such as wars or disasters.
