Shipping policy

* All the in-stock products, we will ship out as soon as possible. We will wait for the studios to send the products to our shipper warehouse (Not ship it out immediately when we get your order).

* Pre-Sale products will depend on the official release time to arrange shipping time. Most heavy products will be shipped via sea transportation to reduce costs. However, expedited shipping options are available at an increased cost (2-3 times that of sea transportation).

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

* Please submit a ticket within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

* During peak sale seasons, delivery times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

* Our statues are not small products, most of them are large (larger in the package) and heavy as well. So we will basically go through sea transportation.The checkout stage will show the estimated days needed for the delivery.
Please note that tracking number will not be immediately available during transit via sea, air, or train. The tracking status will display as 'Label Created'. However, it will be updated upon arrival in your country.
